Daylight basement 1960s bar with north facing window. Brick fireplace. Mid century furniture. Pool table. Would be good for photo or video shoots. Basement bar is 500 sq ft. Upstairs living room area, or stairwell to basement, may also be useful, again with north facing window. Upstairs living room is probably 300 sq ft. Large backyard is furnished, and landscaped in a Palm Springs style with Northwest plants. Backyard is on the south side of the house. Two seating areas, one with umbrella and couch/chairs/dining table. Other is yellow metal chairs and firepit that can be moved if needed. Also have a couple blue/white loungers.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
