The Nest is professionally cleaned and staged before every booking by Leelah Bee’s Cleaning Service. Our team follows a detailed turnover checklist that includes: - Sanitizing all high-touch surfaces and shared areas - Resetting furniture and decor for a consistent guest experience - Restocking essentials (soap, paper goods, towels) - Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming all floors - Conducting a final walkthrough with photos for quality control Your comfort and peace of mind are our top priorities. All we ask in return is that you reset any furniture you move, dispose of trash in the bins provided, and treat the space with the same care and respect you would your own home. We’ll handle the rest, so you can focus on your creative work.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
