Located in a beautifully maintained historic building in downtown Toronto, our newly restored venue offers 8,000 sq. ft. across the main and mezzanine levels. Primarily operating as a nightclub, the space features a capacity of up to 500 guests and includes two fully stocked bars, a front desk, automated coat check, a spacious dance floor, private booths, a VIP lounge, and state-of-the-art DJ and sound equipment. We can also provide professional staff, including bartenders, security personnel, DJs, and lighting technicians, upon request. This versatile venue is ideal for nightclub and bar scene filming, weddings, nightlife and music events, as well as corporate functions. Note the rental price listed is a guideline; the final cost has to be negotiated and depends on the type of event, day and time of the event and weather you need some of our staff to assist. Price can be lower for off-peak daytime and small events.

We have a professional cleaning service that comes in between bookings. Cleaning supplies are available during bookings.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
