About the Space
Studio Rental Is for Individuals who need a space to capture professional portraits and video. This is a full time content studio, very spacious right under 2000 sq ft with multiple color backdrops, props, green screen and sets to used for all types of photography, video and even podcast space. Studio also has functional restroom/dressing room for clients.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We wipe down all surfaces (tables, counters, chairs, light switches) with disinfectant. Disinfect high-touch areas like door handles, cabinet pulls, and equipment grips. Clean glass/mirrors with streak-free glass cleaner. Sweep the floors to remove debris, dirt, or glitter (if it was that kind of shoot 😅). Mop hardwood floors with a mild cleaner (non-slip finish if needed). Wipe down surfaces (sink, counter, toilet seat). Restock toilet paper, soap, and paper towels. Empty trash and sanitize bins.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
