The interior retains many original features such as window seats, woodwork, pocket doors, newel post, railings and built-in dining room cabinetry. The fully renovated, available space includes a living room, a library, a dining room with original built in cabinet, a newly renovated kitchen, powder room, full bath, and custom bourbon room with a bar top made from a tree that fell in the 2020 tornado.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
