The space includes a firepit and grill, adding to the ambiance and entertainment options. - Seating and Tables: We provide 150 chairs and 10 tables for rent, making it easy to host events and gatherings. - Open Kitchen, Dining, and Lounge: A convenient and serviceable area with a fireplace, allowing for catering and efficient event management. Unique Aspects - Gallery Setup: Our space is set up as an art gallery, providing a unique and culturally rich backdrop for events and productions. - African Oasis Theme: The entire space is designed to transport guests to Africa, with authentic African art and decor throughout. Accommodations - Second-Floor Bedrooms: Three self-contained bedrooms, fully decorated with African artifacts, are available for guests to spend the night after an event. Each room is uniquely designed to immerse guests in African culture. - Additional Bathroom: A huge bathroom is conveniently located on the 2nd floor, providing extra convenience for guests. Event and Production Capabilities - Meetings and Events: Our space is ideal for meetings, offering a professional and comfortable environment. - Event Hosting: The space can be rented out for exclusive events, offering a one-of-a-kind setting. - Photo and Film Shoots: The unique setting and amenities make it an ideal location for photo and film productions. - Movie Staging: The space can be used for movie staging, providing a distinctive and immersive environment. - Co-Working Space: Our space can be used as a working space, offering a productive and collaborative environment for professionals. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
