We are a premier art venue located in East Nashville. Five Point Six provides a workable studio and event space for rent. This is a great space for art galleries, album release parties, business mixers, fashion popups, and whatever event you might be planning. There's a wide variety of events to be hosted so if you need a clean open space in a centralized location send a message and we will do our best to accommodate.

Health and Safety Measures

Everything is cleaned, dusted and disinfected on a daily basis. Work areas are also cleaned after booking appointments.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
