Designed with flexibility in mind, The Hub offers ample amenities like countertops, a sink, under-cabinet storage, tables, seating, and a display monitor for presentations, natural light from large windows, and a relaxing outdoor seating area. Located on historic Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd, The Hub boasts high visibility with high road and foot traffic for maximum exposure. Community-focused at its core, The Hub is designed to encourage community engagement, support connections, and build a stronger community, while also supporting local businesses by providing a platform for local entrepreneurs to thrive.

We prioritize the health and safety of our guests. Between each booking, the space undergoes a thorough cleaning process. We use eco-friendly cleaning products and disinfect all high-touch surfaces such as door handles, light switches, tables, countertops, bathroom. For your convenience, hand sanitizer is provided. We strive to maintain a clean and hygienic environment for all our guests, and we regularly review and update our cleaning procedures to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
