Designed with versatility and elegance in mind, our space is perfect for a wide range of activities, including photo and video shoots, fitness and dance classes, corporate off-sites, workshops, pop-up events, content creation, and private gatherings. Layout and Space Details: Over 2,500 square feet with a 1,000 square foot open-concept studio with high ceilings, colored lighting and beautiful natural light throughout the day. Modern, neutral interiors with upscale finishes Spacious main studio area ideal for group classes, rehearsals, or larger events. Lounge area with stylish seating, perfect for client meetings, breakout sessions, or relaxing between shoots. Private restroom and vanity available onsite. Front desk/reception area that can be easily styled for check-ins, events, or welcome displays.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
