About the Space
This modern venue is perfect for any occasion in Midland! It’s comes fully furnished with tables and chairs. There is plenty of parking for your guests and a private entrance behind our bar and grill. It’s also has a private bathroom right by the event space and a small kitchen. You are more than welcome to bring food and drinks! We do offer in house catering and prices vary depending on the amount but it’s not required. It’s $15 per hour though the week and $25 per hour for weekends. We clean before and after your event for a small fee of $35. Our small business is very flexible with pricing and would love to host your next event. 😊

Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
