Our modern, two-level venue offers everything you need to host an unforgettable celebration, photoshoot, or special event. On the main level, you’ll find a grand ballroom with soaring ceilings, stunning wood floors, and three luxurious chandeliers that adds the perfect touch of elegance. The second floor features a more intimate ballroom, ideal for smaller gatherings or breakout events. Your guests will enjoy the convenience of three spacious bathrooms, a stylish and welcoming lobby, and a private parking lot—plus plenty of free street parking nearby. Equipped with professional disco lighting and a high-quality audio system, this space is perfect for everything from weddings and birthdays to dance parties, corporate events, and more. Let your event shine in a space designed to impress! Please note: A signed rental agreement from our company is required. A Fully Refundable Security Deposit in Amount of $1200 is Required! This Deposit Must Be Paid 7-10 Business Days Prior The Event! We have tables and chairs available for extra cost.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
