The rental includes access to: • The main (first-floor) Grand Ballroom • Two spacious restrooms located on the first floor • A stylish and welcoming lobby • A private parking lot, plus plenty of free street parking nearby Please note: The second-floor ballroom is not included in this listing. If additional space is desired, the upstairs ballroom may be added to your event for an additional fee, subject to availability. Equipped with professional disco lighting and a high-quality audio system, the Grand Ballroom is perfect for Weddings, Birthday Celebrations, Dance Parties, Corporate Events, Baby Showers, Holiday Parties, Photoshoots, and more. Let your event shine in a space designed to impress. Additional Information: • A signed rental agreement is required • A fully refundable security deposit of $1200 is required and must be paid 7–10 business days prior to the event • Tables and chairs are available for an additional fee

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
