About the Space: Welcome to our bright, versatile waterfront event space, located at 300 Admiral Way in the heart of downtown Edmonds, WA. Nestled right next to the marina and just steps from the beach and ferry terminal, this space offers the perfect blend of clean modern design, walkability, and coastal charm. This venue is ideal for intimate private dinners, workshops, brand pop-ups, wellness classes, offsite meetings, events and photo shoots. With white walls, warm wood flooring, and large front windows looking over the marina and Puget Sound, the space fills with natural light during the day and transitions easily to a candle-lit atmosphere for evening events. Layout & Amenities: The open layout includes: - A flexible main event room that can be arranged for dining, lounge seating, or group activities - Private restroom with accessible restrooms at the pier - A hidden AV cabinet for plug-and-play music or presentations - Furniture available includes 4 six foot folding tables, 20 stackable chairs, and a few curated lounge pieces - Guests are welcome to rearrange furniture to suit their needs and reset before departure. The interior is minimal and neutral, ready to be styled to match your brand, event, or creative vision. Security: The space is monitored by two exterior Ring cameras (one above each entrance) and one interior camera in the main room. All are motion-activated and remotely monitored for security and accountability. Neighborhood Vibe: Our location sits at the gateway to the Edmonds Marina, with walkable access to local cafés, parks, restaurants, boutique shops, and the Edmonds-Kingston ferry terminal. Guests can take a pre-event stroll along the water or grab coffee across the street before a workshop. Parking & Access: - Ample free and paid parking available in the marina lot directly outside the space - Additional street parking along Admiral Way and Main Street - Fully accessible entry with wide front doors and flat walk-in access Booking Details & Rates: - We offer discounted rates for non-profits and community wellness events — inquire for details before booking - Additional rates may apply for events exceeding 25 guests, extended booking hours, or use of lounge furniture - Please include setup and breakdown time in your reservation to ensure full access Past Bookings This space has hosted private wellness events, branding workshops, floral design classes, executive offsites, intimate dinner parties, baby showers, bridal showers, small groups and listening room experiences. Guests have included creative entrepreneurs, local business owners, and wellness facilitators from the greater Seattle area.

We professionally clean the space between all bookings using non-toxic, fragrance-free cleaning supplies. Doors are opened between reservations to allow for fresh air circulation, and all high-touch surfaces are thoroughly sanitized to ensure a clean, welcoming environment for every guest.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
