I create immersive environments from hand-painted and sewn materials. Everything you see is authentic and handmade artwork. - movable fabric walls - four windows (one with a view of Manhattan)\ - glowing lanterns - magical ambiance Neighborhood Details - Located near the Jefferson St. L, on the Bushwick/Ridgewood border - Street parking is available - Nearby cafés, restaurants, and shops Logistics - The main space is about 15x30 feet - There’s a small side area with a fridge and a kitchenette. - Freight elevator is available if needed - A team member or I will be present at all bookings. - Please allow plenty of setup and cleanup time. These are part of your booking, and overtime will be charged accordingly, by every 15 minutes. Usage Guidelines - When sharing images from your shoot, we kindly ask that you tag or credit the artwork/installation. (@Laurieshapiroart) This helps promote the artwork and allows others to appreciate it. We would also like to share your work. Thank you for your understanding! Here’s a brief overview of my cleaning process: - Thorough Cleaning Before Each Booking: Prior to your arrival, I ensure that the studio is cleaned meticulously. This includes sweeping and mopping the floors, dusting all surfaces, and disinfecting high-touch areas to create a fresh and welcoming environment. - Detailed Post-Booking Cleanup: After each booking, I conduct a thorough clean-up to remove any leftover items and ensure the space is ready for the next guest. This includes sanitizing commonly used areas and checking that everything is in its proper place. - Regular Maintenance: I perform regular maintenance on the space to keep it in excellent condition, ensuring that all installations and amenities are functioning properly. By maintaining a clean and organized environment, I aim to make your experience both enjoyable and safe. If you have any specific requests or concerns regarding cleanliness, please feel free to let me know!
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
