We take cleanliness seriously to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all guests. The space is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before and after each booking. High-touch surfaces like door handles, tables, and seating areas are sanitized with hospital-grade disinfectants. Floors are vacuumed and mopped, and trash is removed promptly. Hand sanitizer is available on-site, and additional cleaning supplies can be provided upon request.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
