Located on Av. del Carrilet in L’Hospitalet de Llobregat, The (22) Studio is a spacious 240m² industrial venue designed for meetings, workshops, creative team sessions., filming and content production. Just minutes from central Barcelona, it offers a calm, character-filled environment in one of the city’s fastest-growing creative districts. With a flexible open layout, natural light (and full blackout capability), and multiple configurable zones, the space adapts easily to different meeting formats- from structured presentations to relaxed brainstorming sessions. Cleaning Process: To maintain a high standard for all guests, The 22 Studio is professionally cleaned after every booking. We work with a trusted cleaning service to ensure: All surfaces are wiped and disinfected Floors are swept and mopped Trash is removed and bins are reset Bathrooms are cleaned and restocked Any props or furniture are reset to default layout

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
