Cleaning & Safety Measures at Casita Curiosa We take cleanliness and guest safety seriously to ensure a comfortable and hygienic experience for every booking. Here’s what we’re doing to keep our space pristine, sanitized, and welcoming: Cleaning & Disinfection Measures: The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with local health authority guidelines after every booking. High-touch surfaces and shared amenities (e.g., doorknobs, tables, light switches) are thoroughly sanitized. Soft, porous materials (such as rugs and linens) are properly cleaned or replaced as needed. A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings to ensure deep cleaning. Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning and sanitization. Protective Gear Provided for Guests: To help guests stay safe and comfortable, we offer: Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels Hand sanitizer available in key areas Disposable gloves (upon request) Disposable masks / face coverings (upon request) Air Quality & Physical Distancing: The space has access to outdoor air ventilation, keeping airflow fresh and clean. Plenty of additional outdoor space for safe distancing and fresh-air gatherings. The space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distancing, ensuring a comfortable experience Informational Signage for Guests: A detailed checklist of our updated cleaning procedures is available for reference. COVID-19 guest guidelines are provided to ensure all visitors are aware of health and safety expectations. Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
