Our 48'x25'x25' Cyc wall is the perfect backdrop for all sorts of commercial productions. The space can be rigged with a 10'x30' Chimera lightbank with 18 RGB 300w Aputure lights for an additional $100 an hour. Renting this studio also gives you access to a comfortable and stylish lounge space for your talent and crew, a kitchenette, and a 1500sqf staging area. Whether you're looking for a space to film a car commercial, scenes for your next film, or a large scale music video, this space offers an efficient and imaginative blank slate. Our space offers plenty of free parking, additional gear rental options, and 12' roll-up door load in. Just minutes from beautiful beaches, our neighborhood offers great breweries, good food, and no lack of chill vibes from the locals.

The space is meticulously cleaned after each booking! We do everything in our power to make the space feel clean and welcoming for all of our guests. The Cyc wall is repainted every time it is used.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
