This is a multi functional space that can be used for: 1. Events (there is a Funktion-One system with two RES 4E speakers and a F124 subwoofer as well as a two-channel Pioneer DJ controller. Photo or film shoots (you will need to bring your own lighting and backdrops) 3. Space to do larger scale art projects (You will need to bring your own drop sheets) 4. Speaker series, presentations, meetings (there is a projector screen but you will need to bring your own projector) There is access via a large freight elevator so no issue with carrying items up stairs.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
