This is a 723 Sqft open plan European/Industrial style event space. Conveniently located on C street 5th avenue trolley stop, between 5th and 6th Avenue on the same block as House of Blues, The Alma Hotel and the Marriott hotel. This is a bright, spacious and engaging space in the heart of Downtown San Diego. We hold monthly Open Mic nights where the space is transformed into a cozy casual lounge space. We also hold monthly pop exhibitions of established and upcoming artists based in Southern California, this gives the venue great cultural capital and local significance The space can be used for meetings, private events and pop ups.

The Space is cleaned thoroughly between each booking, including floors, walls, bar tops, bathrooms and entry/exits
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
