Health and Safety Measures

To ensure a clean and welcoming environment for all guests, we follow a thorough cleaning process after every event rental. The cleaning team does an initial walkthrough to assess the space, identify areas that need special attention (e.g., spills or stains), and check that all amenities (bathrooms, kitchen, etc.) are intact. All surfaces, including tables, shelves, windowsills, and counters, are dusted and wiped down. Frequently touched surfaces like doorknobs, light switches, and railings are disinfected to ensure hygiene. The hardwood floors are vacuumed thoroughly to remove dirt, dust, and debris. The hardwood floors are mopped to restore shine and remove stains without damaging the surface. The kitchen is cleaned from top to bottom, including wiping down countertops, sinks, and all appliances such as the refrigerator, microwave, and stove. Any leftover trash is disposed of, and new trash liners are placed in bins. All bathroom surfaces, including sinks, toilets, showers, and mirrors, are thoroughly sanitized. Toilet paper, hand soap, and other essentials are replenished as needed. A final walkthrough ensures that every area has been cleaned properly and the space is ready for the next event.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
