Before Your Booking: • The entire space is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, including all surfaces, tables, and high-touch areas. • Props, styled decor, and candle bar elements are carefully reset and refreshed. • Fresh linens and sanitized seating are provided for your comfort. During Your Booking: • Cleaning supplies (disinfectant wipes, hand sanitizer, and waste bags) are available for your use. • Our team is on call for any unexpected cleaning needs. After Your Booking: • Our staff conducts a detailed cleanup, ensuring that the space is spotless for the next guest. • Trash and recycling are properly disposed of. • The air is refreshed using our custom candle fragrance for a welcoming scent.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
