For added convenience, The Hubb Zone includes a dedicated mailbox room — perfect for clinicians who need a professional mailing address. With a secure entry system, surveillance throughout the property, and plenty of front-facing parking, The Hubb Zone is your safe, accessible, and inspiring space to do your best work.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
At The Hubb Zone, we prioritize cleanliness and your safety. All rooms and common areas are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each new guest arrives. Our cleaning protocol includes: Sanitizing high-touch surfaces (doorknobs, light switches, desks, etc.) Disinfecting all shared equipment (projectors, remotes, desks, etc.) Vacuuming and mopping floors in all spaces Cleaning restrooms and replenishing supplies Cleaning and restocking the mailbox room as needed We ask that you please leave the space in the condition you found it, with trash disposed of and surfaces wiped down after use.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
