GCM Event Rental Space – Cleaning Process for Clients To maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests, we ask that all clients follow the cleaning process below at the end of their booking: Client Cleaning Responsibilities: Trash Removal: All trash must be bagged and disposed of in the designated outdoor trash bins. Do not leave trash or debris in the event space, restrooms, or common areas. Table & Surface Wipe Down: Wipe down all tables, countertops, and high-touch surfaces with disinfectant or cleaning wipes provided or brought by your team. Chairs & Furniture: Return all chairs, tables, and furniture to their original position unless otherwise discussed. Check for spills or damage and clean as needed. Floors: Sweep or spot-mop any noticeable dirt, spills, or sticky areas. Ensure floors are free of trash and debris. Restrooms: Check restrooms before departure. Dispose of paper towels and ensure toilets are flushed and tidy. Decor & Personal Items: Remove all decorations, signage, and any personal or rented items brought in. Be sure nothing is left behind. Final Walkthrough: Conduct a final walkthrough to make sure the space is clean and in the condition it was provided. Notify a staff member of any issues or damages immediately. Additional Notes: A cleaning fee may apply if the space is left in poor condition or cleaning expectations are not met. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
