AzDA's Social and Learning Center seats 42 people in our learning/presentation area, and an additional 12-15 in our lounge area. The space is ideal for lectures, presentations, seminars, team-building activities, panel discussions, strategy sessions, networking events, webinars, symposiums, and corporate retreats. Wireless Lavalier Microphone A wireless lavalier microphone for hands-free audio, ensuring presenters can move freely while being clearly heard by all attendees. Fast, really fast wireless internet connection / WIFI Blazing-fast internet is available throughout the building (we have two Wi-Fi 7 — long-range wireless access points: one in our classroom; the other in our boardroom). Standing Podium The standing podium offers a professional setup for speakers, ideal for presentations or lectures. Built-In Sound System The integrated sound system provides high-quality audio, ensuring clear sound for all presentations and videos. Planning a Multi-Day Event? We're Ideal for You! We are well equipped to host multi-day events and have successfully accommodated many renters for extended bookings. Our office is staffed by a small team with limited foot traffic, and the building is monitored by security cameras throughout. As a result, renters are welcome to leave non-valuable materials—including collateral, swag, and refrigerated food or beverages—in the classroom overnight. If you’re visiting from out of town, there are three hotels within a two-minute walk of the space, along with a wide selection of restaurants (available to deliver to your event - we can even help you decide who to choose), shops, and other amenities just steps away. We appreciate inquiries about multi‑day (even single-day) discounts, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to host your group. To ensure a fair and consistent experience for all renters, our rates are standardized and non‑negotiable. Fair, transparent, and haggle-free pricing for all—so every renter can be confident they’re receiving the same value. We have intentionally set our hourly rental rate below comparable spaces in the Old Town Scottsdale area to keep the space accessible and affordable. Each event includes on-site staff support to help ensure everything runs smoothly, and we do not charge additional fees for cleaning or for resetting the classroom between days. As a result, our pricing is standardized and designed to be fair, transparent, and free of negotiation for everyone.

Regularly, we have meetings, continuing education courses, and events in the building for dental professionals, and as you might guess, they are particular about cleanliness and sterilization! Bookings are spaced out to allow professionals to clean the space. Wipes and disinfectants are used on high-touch surfaces. Disinfecting wipes or spray, and paper towels (are available to guests) Large garbage cans are emptied, lined, and conveniently placed for use before guests arrive.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
