Welcome to our beautiful over 1,000 square foot space in Evanston, just north of Chicago near Northwestern Stadium and Central District, in a nice building. Guests have access to a spacious living/dining room with fireplace, kitchen and a bathroom--ideal for dinner parties--as the dining table seats up to 8. There is also space to include high-boy tables, an additional dining table, chairs theater style, green screens or photo screens and much more. The possibilities are endless. This large apartment space has great natural light and is perfect for film/photo shoots, entertaining cocktail parties, baby & bridal showers, pre-wedding, and small intimate dinners and networking events, team events, workshops and seminars. Original flooring, beautiful brown trims and a white kitchen with quartz counter tops and a small quartz breakfast bar. More uses of the space could include: photo shoots for your company, Holiday family photos, cooking videos, pop-up dinners, business meetings, family/company outing for a Northwestern game. Great for brands, photographers, and influencers. Note that furniture can be arranged to make additional space for complex camera and lighting setups. Wifi also available. Entry to the unit is easy using the downstairs buzzer in the apartment entry.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
