This 998 sq. ft. space is perfect for small workshops, pop-up events, and intimate gatherings such as baby or bridal showers photography sessions, content creation, and styled shoots, . The open layout features elegant architectural details including tall/vaulted ceilings, large windows that flood the space with natural light, vintage-inspired furnishings, and carefully curated props that lend a timeless, classic feel. The main shooting area is spacious and flexible, ideal for workshops, bridal and baby showers. A cozy waiting area welcomes guests with comfortable seating and also acts as a sitting area. Modern comforts include air conditioning for warm days and Wi-Fi-enabled speakers throughout the space, allowing you to set the perfect tone for your session or event. The studio is nestled among beautifully landscaped English gardens, offering peaceful views and additional photo opportunities. A dedicated large garden chess area adds a whimsical, old-world touch, and two charming patios are available for outdoor gatherings and mingling, perfect for extending your event into the fresh air. Though the studio bathroom is not yet finished, a restroom is available in the owner’s residence within steps to the studio. Guests are welcome to use it as needed during their rental. On-site parking is available for 6-8 vehicles, with additional public parking just down the street. While there is limited street parking, we kindly ask guests to use designated parking to respect our neighbors. Cleaning & Sanitation: We take pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for all of our guests. The studio is thoroughly cleaned and tidied between each booking. High-touch surfaces such as door handles, countertops, and seating areas are disinfected, and floors are swept and mopped regularly. Props, furniture, and shared amenities are sanitized to ensure a safe and comfortable experience. Hand sanitizer and cleaning wipes are available on-site for guest use. We ask that guests leave the space in the condition it was found and dispose of any trash in the provided bins. Your safety and comfort are important to us, and we’re committed to keeping the space clean, fresh, and ready for creativity.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
