About the Space Backstory Once a neighborhood hair salon, our 500 sq ft studio opened in April 2025 as a sun‑drenched blank canvas for movement, wellness, and community connection. Though this location is new, our team has years of hosting experience at our flagship Flatbush space just a few blocks away—so you’re in good hands. Neighborhood Vibe 205 Clarkson Ave sits in an up‑and‑coming pocket of Flatbush, catty‑cornered to the brand‑new Lincoln Market and steps from Lips Café and Aunts et Uncles on Nostrand. Transit: B12 bus stops at our front door; 7‑min walk to the Q (Parkside Ave) and 8‑min to the 2/5 (Winthrop St). Parking: Free street parking exists but is very limited—plan extra time or opt for public transit. Layout & Amenities 25' × 20' clear rectangle with oversized windows on two sides Sheer or solid gold/mustard curtains for light control (no mirrors) Smooth, easy‑to‑clean flooring Included props: Bluetooth speaker, 12 yoga mats, blocks, straps, small stability balls Coat cupboard for light storage Ground‑level entry with a single step at the threshold Capacity: up to 40 standing | 12–15 on mats (No reformer access, no water station.) Ideal Uses We welcome low‑impact movement classes, intimate gatherings, and wellness‑forward events that align with our mission of making movement and self‑care accessible to the community—think yoga, mat Pilates, meditation sessions, small workshops, and health‑focused meet‑ups. High‑impact workouts, large‑scale parties, or events outside a wellness context aren’t the right fit for this space. Access & House Rules Main studio, restroom, mats, and small props are yours during the booking. Please keep outside shoes off the floor, and note that smoking, alcohol service, and amplified live music after 9 pm are not permitted. Reformers remain off‑limits.
