We take cleanliness seriously to ensure every guest enters a fresh, safe, and welcoming environment. Here’s what happens between each booking: • Disinfecting Surfaces: All high-touch areas (door handles, remotes, counters, light switches, etc.) are thoroughly disinfected using Lysol and bleach-based solutions. • Linen & Towel Sanitation: All sheets, pillowcases, blankets, and towels are washed after every guest using hot water cycles and hypoallergenic detergent. • Air Purification: A HEPA-filter air purifier runs between bookings to help remove airborne particles, allergens, and odors for clean, breathable air. • Deep Reset: Common-use areas (kitchen, bathroom, seating areas) receive a full wipe-down and reset to maintain The Den’s fresh, curated feel. Your health, safety, and creative freedom are top priorities. We maintain a clean slate—literally—so the vibe stays elevated and distraction-free.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
