DEEP CLEANING After each event, we perform a full cleaning of the space. This includes sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors, wiping down surfaces, and cleaning all furniture to ensure everything is fresh and presentable. DISINFECTION High-touch areas (such as doorknobs, light switches, and countertops) are disinfected with hospital-grade cleaners to ensure the space is sanitized. We also make sure to clean the restrooms thoroughly with extra attention to sinks, faucets, and any common areas. RESTOCKING We ensure that all necessary items, such as toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and cleaning supplies, are fully stocked and ready for your use. Bedding & Linens If the space includes linens or towels, we wash them after every use in hot water to ensure that everything is clean, fresh, and hygienic. AIR CIRCULATION & FRESHNESS We open windows and allow the space to air out between bookings whenever possible. This helps ensure the space smells fresh and inviting for each guest. INSPECTION Once the cleaning is complete, we perform a final inspection to ensure everything is in perfect condition and ready for your arrival.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
