About LMN Wedge Studio & Gallery

We envision hosting a range of events that would benefit from our intimate, interesting setting and vibe, as well as cool location. It is not a large or blank space fit for all kinds of gatherings or events, but just the place for something really special! Our wedge-shaped space is eclectic, featuring modern and antique furnishings that combine asian and contemporary influences, and a bohemian style of comfort and earthiness. The main part of the room is almost all windows overlooking Wicker Park's Six Corners, with the Barnes and Noble, and the Robey Hotel across the intersection. Blinds and drapes can be adjusted to let in as much or as little of the scene as you'd like. The space has a couch, and a generous banquet-size table that can seat 8, along with a variety of wooden dining chairs, antique high-boy carved antique asian chairs. Rustic floor cushions and pillows are also on hand. The floor and walls are painted a light gray, and several large throw rugs overlap to cover the floor (these can be take up and stowed, if preferred). There is a small round-front stage in the point of the corner that can be used by 1-3 people at a time for presentations, music, or simply an intersting place to sit. With plants, art, books, antiques and art objects, this place serves as a personal haven and art studio, as well as the setting for small group art classes and music and performance events. The capacity, not including the stage, is about 10-15 people, seated around the space, or 20-25 if seated closely, such as lined up in rows in a stage show situation, or up to 30 with some standing toward the back. Normally, we host events of 6-15 people, and have plenty of room. As mentioned, if limiting seating to the table only, 8 or 10 can fit comfortably. Notes: •Additional chairs may be needed if you'll plan on all guests sitting, and you don't want to count the couch or floor cushions as searting for your event. •We do not have kitchen or refrigeration available for use. A large cooler can be used (bring your own ice), if chilling is needed. •Bathrooms are just outside of the space in the hallway. •5G WiFi is available

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
