Studio 1 is a clean, spacious 1,000 sq. ft. studio featuring 14-foot ceilings, south-facing windows, and a raw concrete floor — offering a sleek, minimal backdrop for photography, video, or creative projects. The space includes blackout curtains for full light control, a makeup station, a rolling couch, and a variety of stands and seating options. With bright natural light during the day and a flexible layout, Studio 1 works well for portraits, fashion shoots, product photography, and small-scale video productions. Whether you’re working with natural light or bringing in your own setup, Studio 1 gives you a spacious, professional canvas to create.

Health and Safety Measures
We ask all renters to reset the space and remove any trash at the end of their booking. A $100 cleaning fee will apply if the studio is left excessively dirty or not returned to its original state.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
