Nestled in Evergreen, Colorado, Evermore offers a charming and intimate setting for private events, blending vintage European ambiance with warm hospitality. Located just 30 minutes from downtown Denver in the scenic Bergen Village shopping center, our space is ideal for small to mid-sized gatherings such as bridal showers, birthdays, business mixers, anniversary celebrations, and social club meetings. EVENT LAYOUT & BOOKING OPTIONS Evermore features two beautifully distinct event spaces: The Green Room Located at the front entrance, this space includes our elegant chandelier-lit bar and can accommodate up to 32 seated guests (38 including bar seating). It's best suited for larger groups looking for room to mingle, create a long banquet-style table, or enjoy a semi-private setting. The Red Room Tucked behind our central brick fireplace, this cozy and private area accommodates up to 18 guests. It's perfect for intimate gatherings and smaller meetings, with flexible table arrangements that can seat couples, small groups, or a single longer table for up to 14. Full Venue Rental For larger gatherings, Evermore can accommodate up to 50 guests seated (or 56 with bar seating) and up to 100 guests standing for cocktail-style events. Full venue bookings include exclusive access to both the Green Room and Red Room, plus use of our patio space (weather permitting). PRICING We have a 3-hour minimum for all bookings. Instead of a rental fee, we require a non-refundable deposit, which serves as a credit toward your food and beverage bill. Pricing is based on the following hourly rates: Full Venue: $705 per hour ($490 food & beverage credit) Note: The hourly rate includes a food & beverage credit, along with a 20% gratuity for our chef and service team, and a 20% PeerSpace platform fee. Sales tax will be added to all food and beverage purchases. This applies both to amounts covered by your event credit and any additional purchases beyond that amount. Unused credit is non-refundable, and deposits apply to a single check. Separate tabs will not count toward the deposit total. PeerSpace bookings are currently set up for Full Venue reservations only. If you're interested in booking just the Green Room or Red Room, please contact us directly to coordinate availability and details. SHAREABLE DINING & FULL BAR Our bistro-style menu is crafted for social gatherings, with options like artisan flatbreads, charcuterie boards, and creative small plates that encourage grazing and connection. Whether you’re hosting a seated dinner or cocktail-style event, our kitchen and bar offer elevated yet approachable fare. Enjoy our full-service bar featuring handcrafted cocktails, mocktails, and a curated wine list of over 100 bottles — including many 90+ point selections recognized by Wine Spectator. AFTERNOON TEA PARTIES A guest favorite at Evermore, our Afternoon Tea service is perfect for bridal or baby showers and elegant celebrations. Each guest receives: Their choice of premium organic tea A three-tiered tray of finger sandwiches, scones, and petite desserts Pricing: $50 per adult $30 per child (age 10 and under) This is a plated, per-guest service. Final guest counts are required in advance. No-shows and late cancellations will still be charged. Dietary accommodations must be arranged prior to the event. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
