You’ll be minutes from iconic LA locations like Griffith Park, Universal Studios, and the Hollywood Walk of Fame. The neighborhood is walkable, with nearby cafés, taco shops, boutique gyms, and mom-and-pop markets offering a slice of local life perfect for street-style scenes. The house itself was fully renovated in 2023 with creatives in mind—from open-concept interiors to flexible indoor-outdoor space flow. Layout & Logistics The home has over 3,200 sq ft of production space and a large backyard. All common areas are available for use unless otherwise discussed. Bedrooms may be used for filming, prep, or staging. The Minion Room is especially popular for kid-related shoots.
