This is a 500 sq ft furnished town house. The first floor consists of a kitchen and living room both divided by a flight of stairs leading to the second floor. The second floor holds a bed room and a small back room furnished as a lounge space. The entire house is drizzled with romance and green garden vibes. This space is perfect for an intimate event with a small group or a meeting space for a small few.

All rooms are throughly cleaned between bookings and sanitizer is available in the property for extra precautions. Every rug is vacuumed and cleaned before and after every booking. Windows and high trafic areas like banisters are also cleaned after and befor every booking.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
