This polished 400 ft² space features an 84 ft² programmable LED wall (7' high x 12' wide, set against a 19' wide x 10' high wall) and is built for both professional productions and creative content. Whether you're a filmmaker, podcaster, musician, photographer, or business owner—this space works. Full recording studio also available. We clean and sanitize all high-touch surfaces, gear, and seating areas before each booking. Trash is removed, and the space is reset to a clean, professional standard every time.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
