Our space is cleaned and sanitized before and after each booking. This includes: Disinfecting high-touch surfaces (door handles, sound system, mirrors, furniture) Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping all floors Taking out trash and replacing liners Sanitizing restrooms and lobby areas We ask all guests to leave the space as they found it. Please complete the following before your booking time ends: Return all furniture and equipment to their original positions. Wipe down any surfaces used (disinfectant wipes provided). Throw away all trash in designated bins. Remove all personal items, decor, or supplies brought into the space. Sweep or spot-clean floors if needed (especially if food, glitter, or other debris was involved). A basic cleaning fee covers general maintenance, but additional charges may apply for excessive mess or failure to follow these steps.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
