All indoor areas are cleaned and disinfected before and after each booking using non-toxic, plant-based products that are safe for guests and the environment High-touch surfaces (such as tables, door handles, and restroom fixtures) are given extra attention during cleaning Hand-washing areas and eco-friendly hand sanitizers are available for guest use We limit bookings to ensure ample time between events for thorough cleaning and reset The space is well-ventilated, with windows and doors opened when possible to allow fresh airflow Outdoor areas are maintained regularly, and garden paths are cleared to ensure safety and accessibility Guests and hosts are asked to respect posted hygiene and safety guidelines during their time on-site
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
