Vows Venue- Rules and Policies To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, and to protect the integrity of our facility, we ask that all clients, guests, and vendors follow the rules below. Failure to comply may result in additional fees, loss of deposit, or early termination of the event. General Rules • No smoking inside the venue or on the outside patio area. • No open flames, fireworks, sparklers, or fire-related décor of any kind. • No glassware or glass bottles permitted (plastic or acrylic alternatives only). • No balloon sprays, glitter, confetti, rice, or birdseed allowed. • Alcohol is permitted only if pre-approved in writing by Vows Venue and must be served responsibly to adults 21 and over. Guests & Capacity • Guest count must not exceed the number agreed upon in your signed contract. • Children must be always supervised by an adult. • Guests must use designated restroom facilities—public urination is strictly prohibited. Vendors • All vendors (caterers, DJs, decorators, etc.) must be pre-approved by Vows Venue. Unauthorized vendors are not permitted. • Vendors must provide proof of insurance if required. • Vendor setup and teardown must be completed within the allotted rental time. Care of Venue • Client is responsible for ensuring the venue is left in the same condition it was provided. • All décor must be freestanding; nothing may be nailed, taped, or affixed to walls, floors, ceilings, or furniture. • Client is responsible for any damage caused by guests, children, or vendors. • All personal items must be removed at the end of the event. Noise & Conduct • Music and amplified sound must end by the contracted event end time. • Disorderly, violent, or intoxicated behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the property. • Client assumes full responsibility for the conduct of all guests and vendors. Additional Rules • Parking is permitted only in designated areas. • Vows Venue is not responsible for lost or stolen items. • Any additional hours must be purchased in advance; events running over contracted time will incur extra charges.

Janitorial Services
Cleaning before and after your event is provided to ensure safety for all of our guest.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
