Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
1. Pre-Cleaning Prep Declutter all common areas (remove personal items, valuables, or anything fragile). Ventilate the space by opening windows or running fans to air out rooms. Inventory check to make sure all listed amenities and furniture are in place. 2. General Cleaning Dust and wipe down all surfaces, including tables, shelves, countertops, and light fixtures. Vacuum and/or mop floors in all rooms and hallways. Clean mirrors and windows for a streak-free shine, especially in rooms that get photographed. Sanitize high-touch areas such as doorknobs, light switches, remote controls, and handles. 3. Kitchen Wipe all appliances, countertops, and cabinet fronts. Empty and clean the sink, removing any trash or dishes left behind. Check and restock essentials like paper towels or dish soap (if provided). 4. Bathroom Sanitize toilet, sink, and shower/tub thoroughly. Clean all mirrors and fixtures. Restock supplies like toilet paper, soap, and clean towels. 5. Bedrooms & Offices (if accessible) Make the beds neatly with clean linens. Tidy up desks or shelves, removing clutter or leftover materials. Check that furniture and decor are in original positions. 6. Outdoor Areas Sweep patios, pool decks, and walkways. Wipe down outdoor furniture. Skim the pool (if applicable) and check water clarity. Dispose of any outdoor trash or debris left behind. 7. Final Touches Take a walkthrough to ensure everything is in place and clean. Empty all trash bins and take trash to designated pickup area. Spray a light air freshener or diffuser for a clean, welcoming scent.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
