The building has 3 floors each of which is 1500sqft. All are accessible to the guest. The ground floor is the bar, dining room, kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. The storefront has floor to ceiling windows, but the natural light can be completely shut out by rolling down the gate, which also mitigates street sounds. The second floor is the club space with an intimate 500sqft dancefloor, a small bar, and 3 bathrooms. The third floor is and open floor plan with an office in the back, and artist green room, and a bathroom. The ground and second floor are connected by an open staircase, which makes isolating sound between the floors difficult. For this reason, the rental will be of the entire space.
