At Colab Space, we take pride in providing a clean, welcoming environment for every guest. After your event, our professional cleaning team will: Sanitize all high-touch surfaces including tables, chairs, door handles, and counters. Sweep, mop, and vacuum all floors in the event lounge and patio (if used). Replace trash liners from all bins. Disinfect restrooms and restock with essentials. Reset the space layout to its original setup for the next event. Guests are responsible to take out trash to the designated area. We charge a $250 deep cleaning fee as part of your booking to cover disinfecting the space properly after each event.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
