Welcome to our highly anticipated new studio event space—a versatile and accessible venue designed to accommodate a wide range of activities. Spanning 2,200 square feet, this open-concept space is full of options, with thoughtful features to make your event or project seamless and inspiring. Layout and Features: • Main Space: A spacious ground-level area with street-level access and a bay door for easy load-in and load-out. The upper level is partially enclosed with off-white curtains that can be adjusted fit your event’s needs. • Accessibility: The space is wheelchair-accessible and includes an accessible washroom on the main level, in addition to two bathrooms with showers. • Safety: Equipped with three emergency exits and a sprinkler system for peace of mind. Lighting Options: Enjoy abundant natural light throughout the day, or create a fully controlled atmosphere by using our curtains to block out light as needed. Versatile Setup: • A 15-foot stage that can be reconfigured into smaller sections or stored away entirely. • State-of-the-art sound equipment, lighting, and a projector to enhance your event or production. • Club-style seating with an option for up to 70 folding chairs to suit various layouts. • A bar with a fridge, ideal for private events or creative gatherings. What Activities Work Well Here? Health and Safety Measures

Depending on event booking higher measures for cleanings are taken. For instance, if we have a 3 person photoshoot cleaning is done in house, if we have a 60 person event cleaning services are used.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
