We take pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for all our guests. After each booking, the space is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected by a professional cleaning service. High-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, light switches, counters, and bathroom fixtures are sanitized using EPA-approved products. Floors are mopped, linens are laundered, and all trash is removed and replaced. We follow Peerspace’s COVID-19 guidelines and allow ample time between bookings to ensure a spotless and safe environment for your event or production. Your comfort and health are our top priorities.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
