*** Cleaning Protocols *** As a professional management company in the area, we have always maintained exceptional cleaning standards. Our cleaning fees are generally higher than the market average because we pay above the living wage standards, 100% of your cleaning fee is paid to the cleaners (i.e. no profit to us) and we insist on a professional level of cleaning between guests. This has always included disinfecting all “wet” surfaces (sinks, showers, toilets), replacing all linens and towels, and cleaning all dishes. We love the High Desert for a lot of reasons - including the open spaces, lack of crowds, and dry weather that we believe make it a safe place to visit.
