Bright, window-lined, and built for real work — our Beaverton conference room seats up to 12 around a spacious table, with natural light doing a lot of the heavy lifting for keeping a meeting feeling fresh rather than fluorescent. Perfect for team meetings, presentations, and virtual or hybrid gatherings alike. The room comes fully equipped: a large whiteboard, a TV/monitor with casting capabilities, high-speed internet, and AV tools including an OWL 360° Conferencing System and a dedicated Zoom account — everything you need to run a polished meeting without hauling in your own gear. Guests are greeted by our front desk team on arrival, and have access to VIDA's kitchen — coffee, tea, water, and healthy snacks included — plus printing, scanning, and copying if the meeting calls for it. The Beaverton Conference Room is located at VIDA Coworking, a locally-owned coworking space designed to Make Life/Work for our members — and you're welcome to use the open coworking space before or after your reserved time (during our staffed hours).
