The long driveway to the house is lined with beautiful plants. We recommend valet service for large parties. The house's formal dining table is designed for 10 guests, and the informal breakfast nook area is suitable for 4-6 people. The living room can seat 10 people on the chairs and sofa, and the family room can seat 7 people on the chairs and sofas. Three people can sit at the kitchen bar and six at the main bar. The property is located in West Menlo Park in a residential neighbourhood. It is about a mile away from down town Menlo Park and about 2 miles from Stanford shoping mall and Palo Alto downtown. Cancellation Policy

Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
