Studio 215 is ideal for small to medium size photography and video productions, content creation, small workshops, castings, podcasts, and creative meetings. The open-concept layout and natural light make it a highly versatile space. Located in a converted industrial loft, the studio features high ceilings, white walls, and a large north-facing window that fills the space with soft, consistent daylight. The main shooting area is spacious with minimal, movable furnishings. There’s a stylish lounge area with a couch for clients or talent, as well as a separate seating nook with a table and chairs—perfect for meetings or collaborative work. The space also includes a basic kitchenette for light prep and a private bathroom. Unique features include bright natural light throughout the day, a clean white aesthetic, thoughtfully styled decor, and free on-site parking.

Studio 215 is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each booking to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all guests. High-touch surfaces such as door handles, light switches, and furniture are disinfected, and the space is thoroughly tidied, including floors, bathroom, and kitchenette. We ask all guests to leave the studio in the condition it was found. Cleaning supplies, including disinfectant spray and paper towels, are available on-site should you need them during your session. Your health, safety, and comfort are a top priority at Studio 215.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
