Health and Safety Measures

We take cleanliness and safety seriously to ensure every guest has a great experience. After each booking: All high-touch surfaces (e.g., door handles, tables, chairs) are thoroughly disinfected Floors are swept, mopped, or vacuumed as needed Restrooms are sanitized and restocked with essentials Trash is removed and bins are cleaned Any shared equipment (chairs, tables, etc.) is wiped down and inspected We also allow time between bookings for proper ventilation and cleaning. If you need a freshly cleaned setup before your event, just let us know and we’ll make sure everything is spotless and ready for your arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Very Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
