Before each event, our team completes a thorough cleaning of the reserved dining areas, bar, restrooms, and all high-touch surfaces to ensure everything is spotless and ready for your guests’ arrival. During the event, our staff continuously maintains the space by clearing used dishes, refreshing surfaces, and tidying as needed to uphold our high standards of cleanliness. After the event concludes, The Conche’s team handles the complete post-event cleanup, including all food and beverage service areas, tables, floors, and restrooms. Guests are simply responsible for removing any personal belongings or event-specific decorations they have brought in. This full-service cleaning process ensures that you and your guests can focus entirely on enjoying the experience, knowing that every detail is handled by our professional team.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
