The space is best for photo or movie shoots, pop-up shops, flea markets, and parties. The layout has a 2000 sq foot back yard with nicely manicured lawn space and a pond in the rear. The front has two courtyard style layouts surrouned by 5ft hedges. There is also a small strip of grass on the side. There is also ample parking with a up to 10-12 cars to park in the garage or the driveway.

The cleaning process will consist of wiping down tables and chairs. Trash will be removed.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
